About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a friendly, positive and professionalAdministration/ Customer Service Officer to join Ainslie Group in Brisbane CBD.
The role sees you servicing customers with their orders for gold and silver bullion – packaging the orders, liaising with couriers, confirming delivery details with the customers, chasing lost parcels and maintaining protocols for insurance & compliance.
High level communication skills, a highly motivated & positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. The right person will have great attention to detail and high level of accuracy, a can-do attitude and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the utmost security and confidentiality.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience within Customer Service with a stable employment history.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow set procedures and protocols.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
- Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
- Must have a clean Police Record.
