ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This is a full-time based in Ipswich, where your responsibilities include overseeing operational teams, generating opportunities, and aligning services with customer needs. The role is centred on the organisation's core purpose and ensuring agreed outcomes for customers, their families, and the organisation.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Ensuring the services are managed in alignment to Multicap’s Vision, strategic priorities & customer needs.
- Providing Influential leadership, direction and supports to staff.
- Establishing & maintaining key stakeholder relationships, enhancing the customer’s experience of Multicap services & providing opportunity for improved brand awareness.
- Leading & developing a team to ensure that service delivery & service expansion remains individually focused.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO WILL BRING:
- Experience in disability services, especially for those with high or complex needs.
- Relevant qualifications in human services, community services, or nursing.
- Proficient in staff management, including recruitment assessment, development planning, and performance management.
- Skilled in developing Person-Centred-Plans within a positive behaviour framework.
- Knowledgeable in legislation, safe work practices, and adherence to policies.
- Financially adept, capable of budget management and providing advocacy as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;
- Valid drivers licence
- Right to work in Australia
- COVID-19 vaccinations (x2 doses)
- CPR and First Aid certificate
- NDIS worker screening clearance (yellow card)
- Working with Children Check (blue card)
- NDIS orientation module certificate
