The Role
The Beenleigh and Cleveland Service Manager will inspire, support, manage and develop our team to achieve organisational objectives and ensure performance benchmarks are met. The purpose of this role is to support and lead the therapeutic women's health and wellbeing counselling team and child and youth domestic and family violence teams across both Beenleigh and Cleveland offices. You will facilitate innovative and contemporary responses to the needs of the women and children in our communities, whilst upholding the values and culture of The Centre for Women & Co.
You will foster a collaborative approach with the team and other agencies, aimed to develop appropriate and innovative responses to women’s health issues and domestic and family violence within our communities.

About You
You are a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is a clinical practitioner, innovative leader, empowering team player, and is looking to grow a women’s health and domestic and family violence service - whilst working and supporting a team of qualified practitioners.
You will be an inspiring leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aimed to cultivate supportive influence with your team, clients and key stakeholders. You will possess exemplary time management skills, leadership skills and attention to detail, including the ability to determine priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
You must have knowledge and/or experience managing a team within women’s health services and counselling frameworks, high level knowledge of domestic and family violence and an understanding of and alignment with a trauma-informed framework and its practical application in a progressive workplace.
