- Oversee teams of Technicians with Supervisors in place that can provide field-based support
- Report directly into and work alongside an experienced Operations Manager
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, reporting and KPI management duties
- Have the ability to oversee both D&C & I&T works
- Must be strong with people management and be able to drive and motivate the business unit
- Must have previous service management experience within the fire industry
- Must have a current NSW drivers license
