Position Overview
An opportunity for a Business Development Manager based in the Sydney region, is not to be missed.
Reporting to and working with one of the business directors. Motivated, innovative operators who are prepared to take the initiative and open doors are ideal applicants. This job requires tenacity and critical thinking in creating market opportunities, relationships and results.
Responsibilities
- Selling fire protection, testing and certification contracts
- Responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
- Track and report sales in an organised and timely manner.
- Assist with post-sale customer support.
- Work with Field Service and company staff.
- You will drive the success and growth of your sales through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.

Requirements for this role
- Valid drivers license
- 1-2 years’ sales in either B2B sales or high quota sales that require a high degree of social skills and persistence
- Cold calling and high levels of resilience
- Proven track record of sales growth and success
- Self-Starter with ability to take direction
- Committed to high performance with outstanding results. Sets and exceeds quota, consistently.
- Able to generate quality leads on a consistent basis.
