Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in providing exemplary customer service in front-facing role with an ongoing focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a management role and/or with associated duties and KPI’s in other industries would be beneficial.

- Possess a high level of self-motivation and have the ability to work under pressure within specified time frames.
- Ability to apply appropriate strategies to drive department KPI’s to ensure targets are met while managing expenses.
- A current and valid driver’s license is required.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the Service department through planning, organisation and demonstration of leadership and ensure appropriate allocation of tasks to staff as necessary.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through personnel skills and high standards of quality workmanship.
- Management of customer satisfaction and sales and reporting of same to Management to ensure Department KPIs are being met.
- Management and resolution of Customer complaints and Guest experience reporting.
- Ensuring that all necessary support, training and performance management tasks are conducted for staff under direct supervision in Department.
- Overseeing the correct implementation of manufacturer’s warranty processes and timely reporting of same.
- Perform regular reviews of current performance of the Department against KPIs and liaise with the General Manager and/or Dealer Principal regarding these results.
