Responsibility wise you will.
- Work closely with supervisors to effectively manage a small team of qualified electrical and mechanical tradespeople.
- Schedule work, people, and materials to meet quality and contractual obligations.
- Keep a close eye on the bottom line for each job to ensure our margins are being maintained,
- Help implement strategies to ensure team are always job ready and that productivity targets are met.
- Work collaboratively across teams including scheduling, account management and operations to meet total client needs.
