- Our client is a national company with Head Office in Osborne Park. The business manages large commercial air conditioning and refrigeration supply, installation and maintenance.
- This is a family friendly company offering additional paid leave, the possibility of working from home at times, parking and annual leave loading.
- This is a permanent part-time role working either 3 or 4 full consecutive days per week and commencing at 7.30am. Full training and handover provided to the successful applicant.
- Pay up to $34.50 per hour plus super – depending on skills and experience
Details of the role:
- Assist with the smooth running of the Air Conditioning Service Department
- Prepare & send invoices
- Daily use of ERP computing program (training provided)
- Liaise with clients, technicians and internal staff
- Prepare, maintain & receipt purchase orders
- Office filing
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable and follow up overdue accounts
- Assist the Service Co-ordinator and departmental Manager as required
- Provide holiday cover for the Service Admin Co-ordinator role
The Successful Applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be well regarded
- You are well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
- Be a true team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems and think pro-actively
- Have solid computing skills
- A desire to learn and improve, listening to instructions and following processes closely.
