A General Operations Administrator supporting the overall remanufacture and inventory management process.
Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Daily issuing of material to align with vendor transactions to support the remanufacturing process;
• General data entry duties;
• Provide support for purchasing activities;
• Provide leave support for Reman Leader;
• Support Materials Manager with stock reconciliation;
• Receipting of in transit material;
• Provide support during annual stock takes;
• Understand and complete WIP job process;
• Understand and complete sales order and shipping process for non-MSA customers;
• Update internal work procedures and site safety metrics as directed; and
• Participate in workplace inspections and safe work observations;

Experience/Skills:

• Appropriate experience & access in Company planning, MRP, and ERP systems such as Oracle & SAP;
• Strong with MS Office and general computer literacy;
• Strong communication; and
• Self-motivated and self-started to work autonomously.
