Part Time 2 days per week
THE ROLE INCLUDES- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Statement / Invoices processing from Suppliers.
- Daily reconciling of bank statement
- Ensure all banking and allocation processes are completed in a timely manner.
- Generate customer invoices and account statements.
- Communicate with internal and external customer account queries.
- Month-end closing process.
- Process employee timesheets, payroll and super for small team
- Collaborating with the team to provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or similar role
- Finance qualifications desired but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of XERO or similar software
- Well-developed time management, accuracy, and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Calm and collective attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and work well in a team
