We are actively seeking an experienced Service Planner to join our team in Perth and play a key role contributing to our vision of being “first in mind, first in choice”.
Your Key Mission:
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction by efficiently managing available service resources and overseeing service execution through Technicians.
- Act as a vital link between customer expectations and internal resources, adept at balancing both to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer service requests and translate them into actionable service solutions, taking full ownership of delivery.
- Empowered to make commercial decisions within defined limits to promptly resolve any customer issues.
- Responsible for managing the entire customer experience, from initial inquiry to obtaining purchase orders, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, and payment.
To succeed, you will need:
- Must have proficiency in team coordination.
- Familiarity with SAP advantageous
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in service scheduling within a trade or service-oriented firm is beneficial.
- Prior experience with a Mining OEM is preferred but not mandatory, though it is viewed as beneficial.
- Demonstrates a flexible, professional demeanor with a proactive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
