AddressAn exciting opportunity has now become available at one of Perth's premier Ford dealerships. At Range Motors we pride ourselves on having a reputation for service excellence and professionalism. We are now seeking to appoint a customer focused team member to join our Maddington location.
The successful applicant will be a part of a vibrant, busy environment and be the initial, primary point of contact for the Service Department. The role will require maximising the retention of existing customers by processing vehicle service bookings, whilst establishing strong customer relations. This role also encompasses general support for the Service Department and helping with any other duties required, including but not limited to the following:
- Customer service / enquiries
- Meeting and greeting customers and ensuring they receive Service excellence
- Data entry
- General administration on a day to day basis
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- Communicate clearly and effectively, with above average communication skills – both written and verbal
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident computer skills; and
- Be a friendly and out-going member of our team.
Experience working in the automotive industry is very desirable, but not necessary.
