We are seeking expressions of interest for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our fantastic team at our multi-franchised dealership in South Hedland.
About Us
Pilbara Motor Group is a family run business which started in Port Hedland as a small Pilbara dealership.
22 years on it now has 9 locations covering the Pilbara region and selling the market leading brands- Toyota, Holden, Nissan, & employing over 200 people living locally in the Pilbara region.
Supporting the dealerships in Welshpool is a multi-site operation consisting of pre delivery workshop (vehicle fit out), fabrication workshop, paint shop and corporate office.
Responsibilities and duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
- Meet and greet clients, customers and visitors
- Booking in customer vehicles for servicing
- Assisting the Service Department with general administrative duties
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
- Able to work to deadlines and follow company systems
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication
