Grand Toyota Wangara is now seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Service Receptionist for our high volume service department. The role is to assist the Dealership Management with provision of a high quality customer service experience for all callers and visitors to the dealership on a daily basis; in a professional and efficient manner.
The perfect candidate will be experienced or willing to learn and be trained as the Service Receptionist and be capable of working in a friendly yet fast paced environment. This is a full time role M-F 730 - 1600.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Receptionist experience, with Dealership experience preferred but not essential
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
- Working knowledge of Revolution and TUNE advantageous
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide service to a high level service
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage and schedule customer service bookings
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate when this is not possible
- Ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service during busy times
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
- A professional and pleasant phone manner
