Melbourne City Toyota - CBD (Melbourne) requires a Service Receptionist.
This position is a Full time, five day (Mon to Fri) week on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our group as a Service Receptionist at our CBD branch.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have the following key skills:
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Outstanding communication skills
- Be highly organized.
- Attention to detail
- A good level of computer skill
The job role includes,
- Taking telephone bookings.
- Facilitating internet bookings.
- Direct customer contact.
- Playing a direct role in ensuring the guest experience is excellent.

Previous dealership experience and Pentana or Tune experience would be an advantage.
This role is for a fixed 12-month contract. There may be further opportunities when the contract expires.
