We are looking for an outgoing and confident person to join our team here at Brighton Toyota. This is a unique and varied role within our a busy and energetic Service Department, you must have a passion for customer service.
About the role
- Data entry of service bookings.
- Answering overflow of phone calls.
- We have a busy phone system up to 150 calls per day
- Liaising daily with customers including post service follow up calls.
- Send our Text Messages reminders.
- Reply to online messages and service bookings
- Assist Service Advisors ensuring keys and paperwork is ready for the customer.
- Order any vehicle recall parts.
- Schedule & reschedule vehicle service appointments
- Service Administration and clerical tasks as required.
About you
- Thrive in customer service and have a can do attitude
- Have a happy & bubbly personality
- Customer service experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
