The dealership considers this role – Director of First Impressions and the appropriate candidate will be well presented, have excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will need to have exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, be well presented and have a can-do attitude with an ability to be guest focused at all times.
Some responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and hosting customers
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
- Answering calls and returning calls, taking messages
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
- Handling administrative tasks
- Managing excel spreadsheets
- Making service bookings inbound and outbound
- Managing processing of payments
- Sending and receiving parcels
- Making customer beverages
To be considered for the position, you will have:

- Intermediate computer skills
- Well-presented corporate attire
- Well-developed communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable
