ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to Increasing volume in our service department. Valley Motor Group - in the thriving Gippsland town of Traralgon - has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional Service Receptionist to be the initial point-of-contact and create a pleasing first impression of this lively, multi-franchised dealership.
This opportunity is not just about attending work, but about providing superior service, cheerfully and warmly for our valued Guests.
In addition to regular reception duties, there is a requirement to undertake tasks such as booking customer vehicles in for service, liaising with customers on the status of their and greeting them when arriving at the dealership.
