An exciting opportunity is available at Lilydale Mitsubishi for a customer focused Service Receptionist to join our friendly team.
As the successful candidate you are well presented, professional and proactive. You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include;
- Answering the inbound contacts in a timely manner
- Processing repair orders, quotes, invoices, and payments
- Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care
- Sales and booking of service and repairs
- Liasing with the workshop staff to ensure the vehicle is completed on time with all customer concerns addressed.
The successful candidate will;
- Display strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Demonstrate well developed written and spoken communication skills
- Work effectively in a small team environment
- Hold a current, valid, Australian drivers license
- Pentana DMS experience will be very highly regarded.

- Hours of 7.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Please do not apply if these hours do not suit.
Experience in a dealership is not essential, however prior customer service/ admin experience will be looked upon favourably.
