We are an established and successful private medical specialist group providing cardiac diagnostic imaging and clinical services (Cardio Vascular Services) together with respiratory and sleep specialist services (Cardio Respiratory Sleep).
We currently have two clinics in Melbourne at Armadale and Kew East, supported by our Head Office in Perth, where we have eight clinics.
As part of a small team, you will be able to provide medical reception services primarily from our Kew East location, but you also may be required to work from our Armadale clinic as required.
You will have pride in being the face of our company, and your professional presentation and helpful, caring approach will support our commitment to an excellent patient experience. You will be able to work independently but always within a team, and your flexibility and willingness to help out and do what is required to be done will contribute to your success in this role. It is essential that you are positive, flexible and able to pick up systems and procedures quickly in a fast-paced environment.
The Position:
- Provide professional service, meeting and greeting patients attending diagnostic and consultant appointments
- Schedule and confirm patient testing and consultation appointments
- Handling all incoming patient communication, including phone calls, emails and faxes.
- Process patient medical accounts, including Medicare claims
- Provide clinical assistance as an ECG Technician as required
- Maintaining professionalism when handling issues as they arise, demonstrating sharp problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operation of clinical and consultation sessions

- Medical reception and administration experience is highly desirable but not essential
