Your new role
As aService Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the efficient operation of our automotive service department. Your daily responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
- Process payments and invoices for automotive services rendered
To be considered for the role, you must showcase the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
