Managing a team of technicians servicing a variety of equipment, Reporting on the status of jobs, costs and quality of work performed. Ordering parts for upcoming jobs scheduled. Assisting with the training and development of the team.
What do I need to be successful in this position? We are looking for candidates who have a passion for leading a team and are looking for a long-term opportunity to showcase their management and organisational skills.
Mechanical qualification and relevant experience with sound knowledge of mechanical equipment is essential. Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet is the key to success in this role. As this is a permanent, full-time position, you will be required to have full working rights and will be subject to a full medical and drug and alcohol test prior to commencement.
