About the role  

Join our passionate and dedicated Support Centre Team where you will be responsible for knowledge management and data maintenance across various platforms. Use your efficient oranisational and time management skills to coordinate client onboarding and service connection across Support Centre teams when required including the client intake, assessment and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. 

Duties 

  • Provide a range of effective administration services to enable services to be delivered in a timely and effective way. This could include documentation preparation, collation of information into templates, data entry, providing information to internal and external customers, filing and archiving.
  • Coordinate service content, including preparation of documentation, information, presentations, promotional materials and packs, with the support of your Team Leader/Manager.
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader and Manager provide reporting and recommendations regarding the Support Centre learning needs and contribute to the development of tools, learning and supporting materials to support teams to improve performance.
  • Provide support for events and/or activities such as catering, registration and tracking of participants, communications with participants and other stakeholders, organisation of internal/external guests speakers as required.

Skills and experience

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma qualified in business, health, Community Services or related area is highly advantageous; or
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role, or a role that allowed you to build the skills to drive quality and process improvement or where you provided project support
  • Good understanding of the client vulnerabilities of individuals who may access the service and their needs
  • Understanding of the needs of diverse communities such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), and LGBTQI+ communities
  • Experience in the health or community services sectors would be an incredible advantage
