It ensures expectations are met and communicated, customers are satisfied and service administration is spot on. The role provides the customer with timely scheduled, completed and invoiced works as per their Contracts and supports the technicians in their delivery.The ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional Customer Service supportRecruit, develop and train Service Support team membersEnsure the team are trained well in the Service software systemEnsure services are conducted on-time and invoicing procedures followedDeliver appropriate Reporting to enable effective decision makingFostering a culture of safety first, perform all activities with safety as a priority.What do we need from you?A genuine passion for customer service, people, and cultureLeadership and management of a diverse team experience 5 plus years’ experience in leading a Customer Service or Service Team Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skillsBe highly organised, have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a sense of humour!A desire to really learn and understand the business.The role would suit someone who enjoys learning about business, has a high level of self-awareness, loves a challenging and busy role, and is keen to develop the team.
