Your New Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless operation of Multicap’s Roma services. Collaborate with our vibrant Service Managers and elevate the customer experience to new heights by managing enquiries, requests, and reception activities.
About You:
- Your ability to manage interactions professionally and cordially will be the key to unlocking exceptional experiences for our diverse range of clients.
- Bring a positive attitude towards people with disabilities, coupled with a passion to live and breathe Multicap’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Your proven ability to exercise judgment and problem-solving skills will be the driving force behind overcoming challenges in this vibrant role.
- Showcase your tech prowess with demonstrated computer skills, navigating internet applications, MS Office, and rocking data entry and reporting.
- Balance the thrill of working independently with the exhilaration of being a valued part of our dynamic team.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
