About the company:
Our client is leading the Australian market in the luxury appliance industry. Specialising in cooking, steaming, rinsing, washing and drying innovative products. With continuous growth across the business, they require a Victorian Service and Support Technician.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role will be on delivering top-tier service and repairs to valued clients in Victoria. You will be representing an international premium-quality homeware company, where you'll handle field servicing across various areas.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver corrective/enhancement actions at each service visit, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Foster a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
Complete service-related administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
Efficiently manage spare part ordering and allocation.
Adhere to best practices for maintaining tools, equipment, and stock levels, and maintain records of inventory and assigned work as necessary.
Uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and compliance.
Work towards organizational targets and KPIs, focusing on quality over quantity.
Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Maintain a high standard of communication, both with clients and internally.
Handle unique, high-value equipment with care and expertise.
Skills and attributes:
A valid Restricted Electrical License.
Ideally, a Restricted Gas Service License would be highly regarded.
A Refrigeration License would also be highly regarded.
Maintain a current, unrestricted Australian Driver's license.
Background in general household appliances or white goods, particularly in service, installation, maintenance, or repairs.
