Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Management: Engage in fabrication, organizing, and maintaining a clean, safe workshop.
2. Customer-Focused Delivery: Ensure timely, successful solutions delivery as per customer needs.
3. Technical Service: Service hot melt equipment in our workshop (training provided).
4. Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and devise solutions, focusing on fault-finding.
5. Assessment for Quotes: Conduct diagnoses and prepare quotes.
6. Documentation: Prepare detailed service/repair reports, including photos.
7. Task Planning: Efficiently plan tasks using schedules with management.
8. Technical Literacy: Comprehend and utilize service manuals.
9. Client Communication: Interact with clients as needed.
10. On-Site Work: Potential for on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.
11. Progress Communication: Update stakeholders on job progress.
12. Report Generation: Timely, detailed service reports (paper and electronic).
13. Inventory Management: Handle incoming and outgoing parts orders, and prepare parts for service bookings.
14. Inventory Store Maintenance: Keep inventory organized and accounted for.
15. Tech Savvy: Operate smart devices.
16. Flexible Hours: Availability for outside-hours work.
17. Teamwork: Respectful communication with the team.
18. Continuous Learning: Participate in training.
19. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform tasks as requested by the Employer.

Qualifications:

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification preferred but not required
• Technical manual comprehension.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational prowess.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
