- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or eligibility to progress to same), along with a minimum two-year full-time equivalent Master or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation of clinical outcomes with clients experiencing significant illness, newly acquired disability and/or end of life care.
- Capacity to design and implement short and medium term, individual treatment protocols for a range of psychological issues
- Demonstrate high level written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and time management skills
- Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence, with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a health setting
- Demonstrated experience in and commitment to quality improvement and research
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
