In this role, you'll:
Working as part of the Workplace Services team, you will support a high standard in the delivery of workplace services, through the collection and distribution of mail, courier services, despatch and special notices, and ensuring the level of service meets customer expectations.
This role will see you distributing mail for across all central platforms, this role will require you to be active throughout the day, coordinating complex schedules & collaborating with multiple teams. You will also be processing office consumable orders for offices across the state. You will manage parking and mail general queries across the cluster and contribute to ensuring the service remains efficient & operational.

About you
You are an energetic and highly organised person who has good administration skills. If you possess the Rail Corridor Training - this will be highly regarded but not necessary.
You will enjoy walking and being active as this role will see you walking from office to office and delivering mail and other office items. You will have outstanding customer service and communication skill and be able to resolve complex issues with a diverse range of people using a range of technologies.
You will also be an organised individual who has the ability to prioritise work and complete work in a timely manner.
