Shift Supervisor

As an Shift Supervisor, you’ll need to be passionate too, especially about reaching targets, increasing sales, and making sure your team gives exceptional service to every customer.

We’ll also be looking for:

• Kitchen experience at least 3 years (Supervisor role)
• Desire to develop yourself and others
• Ability to motivate teams to success
• Demonstrated sales results
• Confidence to execute business operational requirements
• Understanding of the importance of meeting targets and driving business growth
• Must live in the area

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead up to 6 people per shift (Supervisor role)

Motivate your team to achieve key shift targets

Drive great customer service

Deliver food of exceptional quality and in line with strict food safety guidelines

Cash management

Drive sales and maximise profits
