Single-Site Service Leader – Walkley Heights United Disability Care proudly provides high-quality, personalized supportive care services to people living with a disability. About the role: At UDC our Service Leaders supervise day-to-day service operations, always working to meet the essential needs of the people we support and their team. Key Role Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of best practice service delivery and embrace a culture of continuous improvement, work collaboratively with members of the leadership and support team You will act as an interface between leaders, people we support, direct employees and families and will assist in the development, implementation, and review of Individual Plans (IPs) ensuring the UDC service methodology of person lead support is upheld at all times. Disability Support Work; provide personal cares, supervision and support for people with disabilities in their home and community with a focus to work with individuals to maximize their physical and mental wellbeing.
