Key Responsibilities:
- Using advanced computer skills to produce high quality documents in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access as well as e-mail, internet & any other relevant information systems.
- Create, generate & distribute reports & presentations as required
- Purchase requisition creation & service entry using SAP
- Collect, process, store & maintain workplace information including the maintenance of filing & archiving
- Invoice management and verification tasks for specified vendors.
- Maintain departmental rosters & leave registers including travel and accommodation requirements
- Conduct of month end reconciliation & reporting related to fuel, explosives, chemicals
- Maintain fuel management system reporting and reconciliation
- Data entry
- Other duties as directed by the Superintendent – Warehouse & Logistics
The ideal candidate will have :
- Knowledge of accounts receivable practices including invoice reconciliation
- Demonstrated capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong customer focus, with the highest level of communication skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Prior experience in an administration role, preferably in a finance environment
- End of Month commodity reconciliation and reporting
- Advanced MS Word, Excel & MS PowerPoint experience
- Western Australia ‘C’ class driving licence (Unrestricted).
- Business/Administration certificate III -highly advantageous
