To support recent growth, we are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
- 8:6 roster, day shift only
- 12.5hrs per day
- FIFO from Perth WA, all flights (Perth to Site) and accommodation provided
- Garden Well Mine Site, Laverton WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administration support to Site Supervisors
- Update and maintain daily production reports
- Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to site
- Enter daily, weekly and monthly HSE data
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess/provide:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
- National Police Check or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
