About the role
The Site Administrator is to provide administrative support to the site team which helps to ensure effective operation daily and to ensure the effective and efficient movement of personnel to and from site on a 8/6 roster FIFO ex Perth to Iron Ore mine site in the Pilbara.
Accountable for:
- Booking travel, creating rosters, and adjusting rosters for all site-based personnel as instructed or in response to staff taking leave or being unable to travel.
- Booking travel and accommodation and arranging site access for contractors and visitors to site, including Perth-based staff.
- Scanning and enter BAC/ Timesheets each day.
- Answering incoming calls to site and manage or redirect accordingly.
- Ordering consumables for site such as kitchen supplies and for events such as BBQs.
- Managing staff in database by entering, exiting, and extending ‘contracts.
- Ensuring effective handover provided to back-to-back when going on R&R/leaving site.
- Inputting BAC/ timesheets to the register and submitting in time for the fortnightly payroll.
- Ensuring ongoing access to site for site-based staff including submit CHF’s to extend access.
- Maintaining registers such as the mobile equipment prestart defect register and the fuel register.
- Picking up and drop off personnel from/to the airport.
- Submitting qualification certificates to RTIO CAT 2/3.
- Arranging gate access cards when required.
- Organising for the removal of wastewater, skip bins and other ad hoc services. Organising for the delivery of potable water when required.
- Submitting weekly report and monthly report.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in similar site-based position.
- Demonstrated experience managing rosters and flights.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft office suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
- Remote site experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
