About the Role:
Due to continued growth, our leading mining services Client is looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join the team based on site in the West Pilbara on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Flights & accommodation bookings
Contractor mobilisation
Processing of timesheets, pre-starts, leave, Take-Time, Hazard Cards
Safety Administration in INX
Providing administrative support to the supervisors
Ensure office and crib rooms are stocked and coordinate cleaning and maintenance as required
Carry out other relevant tasks as required at the direction of the site management team and supervisors
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in a site-based administrative role
Experience working in remote areas within a mining environment
Experience multi-tasking in a busy, customer-orientated environment
Enthusiastic, energetic, solutions-based, adaptive individual who is eager to learn
Computer literate and highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Proficient in Pronto, INX, SAM
A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive and dedicated team
