Site Administrator

Site Administrator WANTED for ASAP start for a project in East Rockingham.

Engineering Trades Australia is a progressive West Australian Labour Hire organisation, that specializes purely in the Fabrication and Engineering Industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator for our project in East Rockingham.
What's on Offer:
Roster:
Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm
Friday - 6am - 4pm

Start: ASAP
Rate: $45 p/h
Your main responsibilities however not limited to:

• Entering in timesheets
• Updating Training documents
• Scanning
• Mobilising new starters
• Arranging PPE

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator
• Driver's license with reliable transport
• Able to pass a full medical with a drug & alcohol.
• Previous experience with mobilisation - Lucidity experience highly desirable.
• Previous experience with entering timesheets
• Great communication skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to a strict timeline and able to work under pressure.
• Previous Experience in recruitment - Highly desirable
• Previous experience with WHS.
• White card or willing to get one ASAP (online course)
