Are you an experienced Site Administrator with a passion for efficient operations and creating a productive work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our company is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Administrator for on a fixed term contract (With a chance of ongoing fulltime employment)
About the role:
Our Site Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. As the Site Administrator you will assist in development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance with regulations and company policies. You will provide administrative support to site staff, coordinate with vendors for services and supplies, and act as a liaison between different departments. You will have strong organisational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will contribute to the overall success of the site and the satisfaction of employees and visitors.
The role will include:
- Assisting Project Managers in all administration duties
- Assisting with rosters and liaising with payroll if required
- Ensuring all site access requests are actioned as quickly as possible.
- Ensuring Mobilisations and site access requests are coordinated smoothly.
- Actioning purchase requests
- Ensuring the Provisioning supplies
- Daily data entry
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

- Open C Class licence essential
- Be able to consistently pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Be able to obtain current national police clearance.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical.
- Proven understanding of mine site operations
- Understanding of the importance of working as a team
- Unrivalled attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
