Site Administrator

Techforce Personnel is thrilled to partner with an industry leader in their search for a talented Site Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential administrative support.

This is a site-based administration role, working FIFO on a 5:2 and 4:3 roster doing 12hr shifts.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Production Manager, your primary responsibility will involve delivering comprehensive administrative support across all daily operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact on site
• Coordinate new starter processes, including travel and inductions
• Manage site access and induction requirements for visitors and subcontractors
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Perform data entry and prepare reports via SAP system
• Procure supplies and manage purchase requests via SAP system
• Maintain accurate site and personnel records via SAP system

Ideal Requirements:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running! It will help if you meet the following role criteria:

• Previous experience as a FIFO Site Administrator (Mining/Civil)
• Understanding of Mining Production processes
• BHP induction preferred
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and communication skills
