About the role
The Carey team is expanding and we are currently seeking Site Administrators with exceptional experience within mining projects to grow with us in the Goldfields of Western Australia. These roles are FIFO ex Perth on an 8/6 roster.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be responsible for providing back to back high-level administrative duties while supporting the team to deliver daily tasks including but not limited to:
- Coordinate charter and domestic flight bookings (inbound and outbound) for all employees, visitors & contractors that require flights to and from operating sites;
- Process and coordination of site entry requests including booking of accommodation, flights and transport;
- Process approved annual leave, sick leave, etc;
- All Subcontractor onboarding;
- Ensuring correct Site Entry documentation is completed
- Process Site Entry paperwork as required;
- Assist HSEQ & Training departments with inductions, data entry and reporting;
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendents with reporting;
- Time sheet reconciliation;
- Data entry;
- Daily tasks as requested by Project Manager and Superintendents
- Actively participate in safety related activities to achieve zero harm.
- Work collaborate within a team.
To be considered for this position you will have;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a mining environment;
- Ability to interact and engage at all levels of the organisation;
- Sound administrative experience using Microsoft suite;
- Experience using INX and Pronto would be advantageous;
- Ability to manage time effectively, be task orientated and able to work to strict time frames;
- A can-do attitude and high level of efficiency is highly regarded;
- Current Drivers Licence;
- A current National Police Clearance;
- Pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol tests.
