Form of workOur client, a highly reputable ground engineering and civil construction company that utilises a wide range of Ground Engineering techniques to provide an innovative approach in design and construction in five fields; Piling, Grouting, Earth Retention, civil construction and Engineering.
Working closely with the Project Manager on a number of Gold Coast projects, the work will involve closely collaborating with on-site personnel to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality work. Training will be provided as necessary.
In addition to working with a skilled and efficient team, the selected candidate will have continuous project exposure, facilitating the further development of technical and project management skills. Exceptional performance will create opportunities for career advancement into senior project positions.
About you
The ideal candidate will have exposure or experience in ground engineering and civil works, to ensure adherence to client expectations, company objectives, and contractual obligations.
To succeed in the role you will be a high calibre engineer who is organised, energetic and has the right attitude to help the growth of the business.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in cost, procurement, and quality management.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Piling and Geotechnical experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and planning skills
