As the Site Manager you have the ability to think strategically and make smart business decisions while being responsible for leading the day to day operations of the site.
Primary Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Increase production, assets capacity while minimising waste.
- Improve and develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets ensuring effective return on assets and throughput.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure accurate level volume of production for each product produced.
- Lead the creation and implementation of best practice operations vision, strategies, processes, policies & procedures to improve overall operations performance.
- Development of short and long range (5 years) facility and equipment plans to meet projections and goals of the business
- Oversee all maintenance and specific capital engineering activities onsite.
- Support the Engineering and Maintenance team continuously looking improve plant reliability and direct preventative maintenance activity
- Ensure the safety of all employees onsite, committing to and setting standards on work safe procedures.
- Play a lead role in driving the safety culture.
- Add capability to the senior management team influencing and providing direction across all operations.
- Lead in a proactive way to achieve optimal results across the site with the ability to engage across all levels onsite.

- Plan and prepare all operations budget and forecasts. Aligned to business goals and overall strategy.
What will you need to be successful?
- Experience in site or operations leadership roles in the FMCG or related industries.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience at the Operations or Site Management level.
- Collaborative leader with the ability to achieve results and influence the team.
- Ability to think strategically & innovatively across operations.
