As Site Manager, you will be hired to oversee the completion of high-end architecturally designed projects ensuring the effective management of all site-related activities and trades.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise project planning, programming, and execution in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Coordinate timely material orders and selections to maintain construction schedules
- Identify and address potential design issues, program concerns, and cost-saving methods
- Ensure on-time, cost-effective project delivery with high-quality workmanship
- Maintain rigorous quality control, adhering to building regulations and Clancy policies
- Provide carpentry guidance and mentorship, managing subcontractors, and enforcing safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- Certificate III in Carpentry required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
- Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and regulations
- Effective team leader with excellent time and project management skills
- Proficient in multitasking, relationship-building with subcontractors, and project programming
- Essential: Valid Victorian Driver's License, White Card, and relevant First Aid Certificates
