Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for the delivery of site works on unique and exciting projects across the greater WA Region. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Site supervision of plant, labour, and subcontractors.
• Efficient planning and co-ordination of all site work.
• Documenting / reviewing / maintaining paperwork including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
• Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in all site-related works.
• Ensuring that personnel is adequately trained and supported.
• Assisting the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations.
• Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.
• Ensuring that OHS&E requirements are met.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager who has a background in delivering civil or environmental remediation projects. 

You will have:

• 10+ years experience delivering Civil or Remediation projects.
• Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Earthworks experience.
• Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
• Asbestos Supervisor ticket, advantageous but not essential.
• Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential.
• Drivers licence.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
