We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an SiteCam Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of SiteCam's, providing technical and hands on support, while assisting our clients and internal teams with their SiteCam administration needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal inquiries related to SiteCams, providing timely and effective assistance via email, phone, or online chat.
- Monitor stock levels of SiteCam hardware and accessories, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet client demands.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and sales support.
- Provide IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, devices, and computer-related issues.
- Assemble and repair SiteCam cameras as required, ensuring they are functioning optimally for deployment.

- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is a plus, but not a necessity.
