Location: Doncaster, Victoria (with travel required to support trainers in Melbourne, Dandenong, Geelong, and Shepparton)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doncaster. We offer a technical skills-based opportunity ideal for someone with a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain various IT systems, including:
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Microsoft Office 365 (Intune, Email, Teams, SharePoint)
- aXcelerate (Student Management Software)
- Novacore (Compliance Document Management System)
- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
- DocuSign
- Dropbox
- Toshiba Printers and Scanners
- Xero accounting software
- TeamViewer remote access tool
- Canva design platform
- Basic overview of the company website
- Manage and maintain Apple devices:
- 300+ iPads enrolled in Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune
- iPhones (to be specified)
- Manage Windows laptops and desktops:
- Set up and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support
- Provide on-site support to trainers:
- Located in Melbourne, Dandenong, Geelong, and Shepparton
- Travel to these locations is essential.
- Provide support to staff:
- Trainers
- Support Staff
- Admin Staff
- Training and development:
- Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance technical skills.
- Assist with user training and support as needed.
- Additional responsibilities:
- Set up new users and equipment
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and extensive troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on customer service
- Must be eligible to work in Australia and hold a valid Australian driver's license.
