Position Overview: 

We're on the lookout for a creative and savvy Social Content Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, from managing social media and creating engaging content to keeping an eye on trends and coordinating with influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management (Organic):
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and coordination across various platforms.
• Content Creation + Management:
  • Create visually appealing content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Trends Analysis:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Perform, report and act upon trends analysis
• Community Management:
  • Foster a positive online community through engagement and interaction.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Video and Photo Coordination/Editing:
  • Coordinate and manage content shoots (ie. Photography, videography)
  • Creation of short form videos (reels)
• Influencer Outreach + Management (With PR Company):
  • Collaborate with the PR company to identify and engage influencers.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Copywriting/Blogging:
  • Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts.
  • Contribute to blog content creation and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• SEO (SSEO - Social Media SEO):
  • Implement social media SEO strategies to optimize content visibility.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
• Competition and Challenge Management:
  • Conceptualize and execute social media competitions and challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of competitions and challenges.
