Are you a content creation powerhouse? A Social Media virtuoso? If so, we need to talk. Glow Collection is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator for a 2 days a week consulting role. You will be responsible for the content creation, curation and community management for all Glow Collection Social Media properties - Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube.

The team may be small but it is a powerhouse and you will be a vital part of that and work directly with the Marketing Manager, two of the company owners directly and with input from over 2,600 of our affiliates and resellers from across Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and design digital assets for all Glow Collection’s Social Media media properties.
- Maintain and develop Glow Collection’s Social Media Calendar creating and executing all content across multiple channels (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
- End-to-end content creation including design, shooting, editing, recording voiceover, scheduling & reporting
- Curate and provide community management for all Glow Collection Social Media channels while achieving consistent month on month growth
- Briefing UGC’s
- Creating Social Media ads
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in planning and managing a Social Media calendar with content executed on time.
- 2-3 or more years of experience in Social Media management from an agency, brand or freelance experience,
- You're not afraid of a fast-paced, agile environment; you are the perfect combination of adaptable and organised and has the ability to work autonomously. You're comfortable when the plans get changed - you just want to achieve the best outcome
- Strong, punchy copywriting skills
- Experience in Adobe Suite. Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign
- Your way around an iPhone. You're a bit of a wizard behind the camera and you get a real kick from creating reels and videos using a device.Filming and editing skills (mobile content)
- You are very polished and confident infront of the camera
- A great storyteller with the ability to produce compelling written and visual content that engages audiences and stakeholders
- A serious go-getter with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok Canva, and content performance reporting
