Communications, Social Media, and Design Specialist
Transdev John Holland has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Communications, Social Media, and Designer Specialist.
Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role to help drive engagement with our workforce and build our online presence by curating compelling multimedia content and fostering meaningful connections.
About the role:
- Plan and develop engaging Social Media content to drive engagement across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and our website.
- Proactively engage with our workforce by developing valuable content and monitoring engagement on our internal content.
- Collaborate with all business units on a range of projects to ensure consistent branding messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze online activities to optimise campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our Social Media strategy.
About you:
- 5 + years of experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields will be highly regarded.
- Creative eye and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suites.
- Proven ability to create engaging copy and relevant content for our audience in line with our brand identity.
- Proven understanding of online performance reporting using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in small teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset towards industry shifts and evolving digital landscapes.
- Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain high standard levels and meet deadlines.
