This opportunity
As the Paid Social Media Specialist, you will support the Media Lead in driving business objectives through systematic campaign-specific planning, execution, and overall measurement. The Paid Social Media Specialist works closely with cross functional teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.
Responsibilities

• Optimise ROI on digital media spend using analytics platforms to provide actionable insights on digital marketing activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with managing diverse Paid Social campaigns spanning across acquisition, brand, sponsorship, enterprise and more.
• Manage online acquisition activities using Paid Social Media channels - Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Report on effectiveness of projects, campaigns, key performance metrics and sales.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and optimise campaigns using real-time performance / ROI.
• Play a key role in the planning and management of Social Media Management (SMM) - including scheduled & ad hoc reporting & analysis.
• Analyse the purchasing patterns, online traffic, and performance for the purpose of understanding the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign.
• Work with key digital partners like Meta, Tik-Tok, Pinterest, etc. to keep Vodafone progressing with digital best practices in advertising.
• Achieve and succeed on sales & profitability growth targets from direct acquisition advertising across all current digital channels of Paid Social.
• Be at the forefront of emerging digital trends and new social platforms.

Knowledge and experience

• Strong experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a passion for taking on challenging campaigns, particularly across in Paid Social Media. Additional experience in Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn & Google Analytics.
• Proven record of driving digital media efficiencies.
• Experience in media planning across a broad digital media mix.
• Proven experience working with large datasets in MS Excel.
• Data driven with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
• Organic Social Media expertise, particularly in content creation, such as TikTok, is preferred.
• Ability to present recommendations and results to key stakeholders with confidence.
