purpose built brewery and restaurant located in Lancefield Victoria.
We are looking to complete our team with a qualified Sous Chef for our busy kitchen.
Our kitchen is brand new with great equipment and staff.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- preparing and portioning items for food service according to recepies
- operating a section (grill and pass)
- maintain a hygienic environment through cleaning
- maintain stock levels by assisting head chef with ordering process
- communicating with restaurant team to ensure smooth operation
- assist with receiving deliveries and stock rotation
- direct chefs and junior staff where required to ensure the best use of their time
If you have experience in a fast paced environment and have great quality control, serving quality food then we would like to hear from you.
as we operate in a high tourist area ,we require all applicants to be available for weekends / public holidays
whilst we aim to have set rosters for all staff , some flexibility may be required during periods of staff annual leave and peak times.
